Toronto, Ontario – February 2018 – Specialty Data Systems (SDS) is proud to welcome Tim Fenn as SDS’s Senior Account Manager. Tim will be responsible for developing new business opportunities within the North American broadcast market. Tim comes to SDS with over 25 years of broadcast experience, with an emphasis on account development and sales management.
Tim began his broadcast career as an Overnight Announcer in his hometown of St. Thomas, Ontario. He would later move out west for a Morning Host and PD gig in Saskatchewan, before returning to Ontario and eventually joining Blackburn Radio. During his 14 years with Blackburn Radio, Tim excelled in a series of progressive positions including On-Air Host, PD, Account Manager, and Sales Manager. In addition to his prolific broadcast experience, Tim has the added advantage of being a former SDS user, having gained valuable user-side experience working with SDS Symphony during his tenure as Sales Manager at Blackburn Radio. “From the user-perspective, what I appreciated most about SDS was the reliable combination of intuitive features, streamlined reporting, and attentive support staff,” said Tim. “I know what a powerful system SDS Symphony is, and I look forward to leading SDS’s expansion efforts well into the future.”
