The Detailed Sales Report provides management with a chart that describes the station booking to date with monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual subtotals and compares these values to Budget and the Previous Year’s actual values. Please note that the data displayed in this report is reported in thousands.

Steps for Generating Report:

•    Select the broadcast year

•    If desired, narrow down the data contained within the report by setting some of the filters

•    Click on the Do Report icon

•    The system will automatically generate the report and display it on screen

This report contains all bookings for the specified criteria selected, with subtotals provided by month, quarter, bi-annual and annual. Budget Comparison values and previous year’s actual values are also displayed for the same time frames. Percent achievement values are also displayed.
