The summary report provides management with a report that summarizes all billings, for a specified time period. Subtotals are provided for each station, by month. This report provides management with a summary of what is on the books. A comparison of this report with one generated by the Traffic department would then generate a list of all contract changes that have occurred prior to the spots going to air.

Steps for Generating Report:

•    Select the broadcast year

•    Click on Do Report icon

•    The system will automatically generate the report and display it on-screen

The report generated displays the month to month (in graph form) progress of business that has been booked for each station and also overall when multiple stations are available from within the system.
