CPM Tracking Report

This states proposal information for all primary proposals booked within the specified time parameters. The information contained within this report is summarized by Account Executive, then by demographic. Reports can be run for multiple demographics simultaneously

Steps for Generating Report:

 

    Choose the station from the drop down

    Choose the Report Format – CPM (cost per thousand) or CPP (cost per point)

    Choose the Revenue Format – Gross (without discounts) or Net (with discounts, including agency commission)

    Select the Rating Source (Numeris or Canadian Specialty)

    Select the demographics for inclusion in the report

    Select the Account Executives for inclusion in the report

    Set the time parameters for the report using the flight manager for start and end week

    Select the order types, agencies, spot types, products, and clients/advertisers for inclusion in the report

    Check mark the Spot Lengths that should be included in the report

    Choose the Source Names (rate cards) that the report is based on

    Select the Report Options that will be included in the report

    Choose whether to include Direct contracts or to include Direct Only (those that do not belong to an agency)

    Click on the Do Report icon

 

This report provides management with a breakdown by AE for each demo describing their sales activities.  For each demographic, totals are broken down by AE and display the agency, client, total booking dollars, average cost per the length selected, total of the lengths selected, when they are scheduled, CPM and Total Impressions. Subtotals by AE also display the Total Dollars booked, Average cost per length of spot, total number of spots sold, Blended CPM and Total Impressions. Values are also displayed for percentage of total impressions per Account Executive, per demographic and percentage of total dollars per Account Executive per demographic.
