Under the General Tab of the System Wide Settings window, the correct prime definition should be set. This Prime Time Definition will serve as the default for this particular network when calculating prime percentage for a proposal. Designate the appropriate Prime Type used as well (whether it’s based on Cost, Audience, or Rating).
