Priorities in SDS

The priority levels in SDS can be set up in such a way where certain priorities trump each other.  When clicking on a program within Commercial Inventory Control, at the bottom of the screen there will be an area where you can choose which ones are of more importance.  For example, sponsorships are suggested to be at priority 1, because typically they are at a higher rate and take precendence over a regular spot.  In this case, the screen would appear as below.  Each priority has a check mark placed beside it to indicate to the system that each one is higher than the other.  So, priority 1 is more important than priority 2; priority 2 is more important than priority 3 and so forth.
