This report displays the hours and monthly percentage of programming for each category code. Click on Programming, Program Reports, and select Category Content Calculation. The following screen will appear. Select the Broadcast Year, the start and end time and click on the Print button.
Below is a screen shot of the report that is generated. Included in this report is a monthly breakdown, a year to date breakdown and the date that it was generated (top right corner of the report)

this button, the window will appear 
Type in the page that you want to go to
and click Ok

you to the next page of the report

This will allow
you to magnify the report, or shrink it down
