This report displays all of the programs in the Traffic module that have been registered as close captioned. The CRTC files must be created for the specific dates in order to generate this report. Click on Programming, Program Reports and select Close Caption Reports. The following screen will appear. Select the number of days that need to be included in this report, as well as the dates from the drop down calendar. If there isn’t any data for these dates, you will receive an error message indicating that the CRTC Logs do not exist for that day and that the client data does not exist. Once the correct dates have been selected, click on Process Report.
