Double click on the grid and select “Delete Schedule”

The following message will appear

Click Ok to delete the program. Click Cancel to cancel and exit.
Click the Refresh button 
Once the program is deleted, there will be open time available – this can now be filled with a new program. Please see the section on Setting up a Schedule for further information.

Close the schedule. You will now be prompted to email the schedule change to the appropriate departments. Click Yes to create a new email

The following is an example of the email that is created indicating that there has been a program schedule change. If there are contracts affected, the list will be at the bottom of the email.
