Entering a New Account Executive

 Creates a new Account Executive record

 

  Opens existing Account Executive entries

 

 Give the ability to search for existing Account Executives

 

 Saves current Account Executive entry

 

 Clears the Account Executive entry/edit screen

 

 Exits the Account Executive Entry/Edit screen

 

Click on File, then Account Executive, and select Edit/Entry.  Click on the “New” icon  – the system will automatically generate a new Account Executive number (click Ok).  Enter in all necessary information including the first and last name, their address, and which office they are located in. Note that the commission defaults to 15%; change this if necessary.  Click save.

*Note – the office information must be entered into Traffic before entering in the Rep information (see section on Budgets for more information)

Note – to make changes to the Account Executive, click on the “Open” button. This will recall the Account Executive information
