The Commercial Time Allocation screen holds the commercial time allotted per half hour for National, Local and Programming Advertising time. These values are used in the absence of Cue Sheet information.
Steps:
From the File menu, select System Configuration, Commercial Time Allocation. The following screen will appear:
Click on the New icon. The fields next to each time slot will open and be ready for input.
Enter the Start Date and End Date for the time period you would like to enter.
Check to either apply the times to the Week or Day
Type in the commercial time in seconds next to each time slot
Click Save when finished.
Click Exit to exit the screen
**Note – Any new times added will override previous entries.
