Users can make changes to the Sales Contract Header after Invoicing. These edits will change the Sales Contract, and all affected Invoices.
Recall the contract. If the Contract has already invoiced, you will see an active icon in the tool menu (as shown circled below). If this icon is selected, the header fields will become enabled for editing.
All fields are editable, but it is important to note that changing the Advertiser can affect other contracts that share creative as well as the creative itself. Please see Changing Advertiser


Simply edit the fields required, and click ‘save’.
A message will pop-up indicating which invoices will be affected by the changes.

If the contract needs to be changed from Broadcast to Calendar (or vice versa), and there have been payments made against the invoice – the following message will appear

To view the changes that were made in the contract, click on the Invoicing History tab in Sales Contracts.
Clicking Yes will show the following message. As stated, you must first delete the payments through the AR module and then synchronize the invoices with Traffic. You may print a record of this deletion.
