The Header contains many of the same fields as the header in Traffic’s Sales Contract Entry. Most of this information will be populated using data from the .xml File. Some fields (such as Revenue Type) will be populated using information from the EC Defaults. Finally, Account Executives, Advertisers and Agencies will find a match according to the Mapping. If there is no match, the field will show as red. In this case, you will need to manually select the appropriate match. Once you select a match and Save or process the order, the system will remember your selection and automatically populate it on new orders.

Once all red fields have been filled out, you can move on to the Lines Tab. If the programs on your lines have already been selected, you can Save or Book at this time using the buttons in the bottom right.
Saving an order will save all your changes. The order will remain in Electronic Contract. It will not go to air until you book.
Booking Saves changes and sends the order to Traffic. Once sent to traffic, you will no longer be able to make changes through the Electronic Contract interface. Future changes can only be made through Traffic’s Sales Contract Entry/Editing.
