Inventory Management (IM) is a tool that makes managing a week of inventory quick and easy.
This feature can be found under the Sales menu in Traffic.
Spots can be moved with ease from exceptions (bumps) to any valid day, from one day to another, or bumped directly into exceptions.
All functionality is based on the standard Windows drag-and-drop function.
In a single motion, left click a spot and move the mouse curser to the desired position in the break. A red line will appear to indicate where the spot is being moved. Upon release of the mouse button, the spot will be placed.
Multiple spots may be moved at once through standard multi-select functions:
Ctrl-A to select all spots in current grid
Ctrl-Click to pick and choose spots
Shift-Click to select a list of spots
To start using IM, first select the station and week. By default, exceptions (bumps) will appear for all days of the week. Remove the check for one or more days to narrow down the list to specific days. The list will refresh immediately.
The exception can be sorted by any column. Left click on any column to sort by ascending order. Click it again for descending order.

It is also possible to sort by more than one column at a time. Click the first column to sort by, then hold the Shift key and click another column.
To change the hour being displayed, select the hour.
