Modifying a Sales Group

Once Sales Groups have been scheduled (see Scheduling Sales Groups under the Scheduling section) they can be modified through the Sales Group screen.

There will be times when Sales Groups need to be modified by either end dating the current Sales Group, scheduling a new Sales Group or replacing one Sales Group with another.

Steps:

Select PGM Sales Groups from the Sales menu.  The following screen will appear:

 

From the calendar, select the week that you’d like to view

Double click on the program on the grid and select “Modify Sales Group” from the menu. 

The following screen will appear:

 

From the program list on the right, choose the sales group that will replace the current Sales Group Selection.

Ensure that the Start and End dates are correct for the new Sales Group and click Save to continue.

 

Once the new Sales Group is saved it will display on the Scheduling grid.
