Sales Contracts Defaults Tab

Station Address – this is the Station address that will appear on the sales contract printout

How many copies to print – default for the number of contracts to print

Language Options – choose from English Only, French, or Spanish

Print Start/End Times – this will show the start and end time of the sales group/program/rotation on the contract print out

Terms and Conditions – these will appear on the printout of the sales contract

Sales Contract Distributors – for each copy of the sales contract a different distributor can be set to receive a copy.  For example, Agency copy, Distributor copy, etc.

Sales Contract - Add/Edit Requirements – there are 2 options for settings that can be set as mandatory when entering a Sales Contract:

§ Product Category Code – selecting this option will enforce a Category to be selected for all Sales Contracts.

§ Revenue Type – selecting this option will enforce a Revenue Type code to be selected for all Sales Contracts.  For information on defining these, see the Revenue Type section under the File, Definitions section.

Time Options – check mark Display Start and End Times and choose whether Military Time or AM/PM will be displayed on the printouts
