Prior to installing the SDS Sales system, please ensure that all applications are closed. No programs should be running prior to and during the installation process. This includes virus checking utilities, registry protection programs (e.g. Configsafe Autocheck, Norton), etc. Create a mapped drive to SDS Sales, then open client setups, double click on the file name
•Once a section is complete, the system will then ask if you wish to restart your computer. Click YES. The system will restart your computer. After you sign back in, the
•system
setup will automatically restart.
NOTE: If you restarted the machine, you
MUST log back into the same Windows account as you had used immediately prior to
running the setup executable. Failure to do so may result in an incomplete and
corrupt setup.
