The reports contained in the SDS Sales have been grouped into two categories: Sales and Management.
Password protection has been added to the Management reporting module. This feature can be turned on or off.
The new report modules are able to not only print reports more easily, but can also export reports to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, RTF, HTML or Lotus 1-2-3. A user can save their reports to disk, or send them via Email using MS Exchange, Groupwise, Microsoft Mail (MAPI).
To access the available Management Reports, go to the Reports Menu from the Campaign Summary window. A list of available Management Reports will be displayed.
